| Anyone know of groups who are training at Hefner yet? I live in Mustang and would rather not go all the way up to Arcadia for some organized swims. I am sure there are many others who need some OWS training right now. |

HV,
Swimming in Lake Hefner is not allowed except for the 2 training days prior to our event and on Race Day. Arcadia is the only metro lake that allows swimming.
