What kind of support are we going to have on the bike course? Are there going to be a bike team riding around checking up on individuals? Or, are we on our own...

thank you

Yo mojo,

There are approximately 300 volunteers on the bike course so you will be anything but alone!

There will be a support team, a sag wagon or two, and 6 aid stations.

Thanks,

Dave

For the size of race this is....you'll be shocked with the volunteer support numbers and availability!

About water bottles. What happens to my water bottles if I toss them aside at an aid station?

David,

All bottles tossed from the bike will be recycled if plastic.

If you are attached to a specific bottle you my want to leave it at the house. You may want to bring a couple of cheapies. Also be aware that we offer 24 oz hand-ups of water and Gatorade at every aid station.
