Hey, I am doing the half and really need to do some open water practice. But I need someone to go with. I live in Norman. Is there anyone in the area whom I could join?

| Check the Tri-OKC message board (triokc.org). Many people post workouts on there, and I know a group from Norman has been heading out to Thunderbird fairly regularly early on Sat. mornings. |
