We probably wont post much more on this between now and race day. You may want to read last year's posts on this very question.... the information there is the same for this year. We'll get the link up within a day or so of the 19th.
Also here are a couple of thoughts that may be helpful: The athlete tracking feature will be posted on the front page of the web site very near race day. It's a timing company and web company interface thing. So you might just check in at the website just before the race. Your family and/or friends who may not be able to get to the race in person, but wish to track you will need to know one of two things. Be sure they know your bib number most especially. They may also be able to search by your last name in your event. Let your "fans" know: Redman website address - www.redmantriathlon.com , your Bib number, spelling of your last name, and your event. In this way they will surely be able to find you. Please also let them know that the integrity of the data they will see is based upon a few things all working properly. The timing mats will update every so many seconds, and then the transmission happens based on tower/transmission availability. We can't always guarantee that what is on the link at Athlete Tracker is exactly where the raceer is on the course. Technology... it's great. And sometimes it has limitations! But last couple of years have gone without a hitch, so I expect the same this year!
